Or, in Chiropractic terms, my sacro-iliac joint was subluxated. I didn’t realize it for days and I just thought I was hurting a lot more than usual, finally Friday I woke up and the pain was fairly intense and localized. So I went to the chiropractor, who fixed it and told me to lay off walking for a few days.
I sure don’t know what caused my back to go out, nothing that I noticed at the time. I was thinking maybe it was three days in a row of doing the big hill and more likely coming down than going up.
It certainly won’t bother me not to walk today, the weather is really cold and rainy, with snow predicted tomorrow. I’m just glad we aren’t in the path of all those tornadoes.
